Please read these terms carefully before using Brotherhood. By using the app, you agree to be bound by them.

By downloading, installing, or using the Brotherhood mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Brotherhood ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Brotherhood. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Brotherhood is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account promptly.
To use Brotherhood, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Brotherhood is a personal accountability and self-improvement tracking application. The App provides tools for journaling, habit tracking, work session logging, financial goal tracking, athletic performance logging, and a warrior progression system.
The warrior system is a central feature of Brotherhood. Your warrior accumulates and loses HP based on your daily activity. If your warrior's HP reaches zero, the warrior is permanently deleted and you must start over. This permadeath mechanic is intentional and is a core part of the Brotherhood experience. We will not restore lost warriors under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
Brotherhood offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscription features, pricing, and billing intervals are displayed within the App and on our website.
iOS Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through Apple and billed via the App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all App Store purchases.
Android Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased on Android are managed through Google and billed via Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, open the Google Play app and manage your subscriptions there. Google Play's terms and conditions apply.
Web Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings on the Brotherhood website.
General Billing Terms
We may offer a free trial period for paid subscription plans. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation instructions vary by platform; see section 5 above.
Brotherhood allows you to create and store personal content including journal entries, habit records, work logs, financial data, and athletic records ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content.
By using Brotherhood, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing its features to you. We do not use your User Content for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you enter into the App. We do not review, verify, or take responsibility for your User Content.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All content within the App that is not User Content, including but not limited to the app design, graphics, logos, text, icons, the Brotherhood name, the warrior system design, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
Your use of Brotherhood is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Brotherhood is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Brotherhood is a personal tracking and accountability tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brotherhood and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of warrior progress.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Brotherhood and delete your account at any time by contacting us at brotherhoodsupportteam@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Brotherhood shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use of Brotherhood after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
