Delete Your Brotherhood Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account for Brotherhood-App (developer: Miniru Ranabahu Mudiyanselage) and what happens to your data when you do.

How to request account deletion

To delete your Brotherhood account and associated data, follow these steps:

Fill in the form below with the email address on your Brotherhood account and your platform (iOS, Android, or Web).

Submit the form. This will open a pre-filled email to our support team at brotherhoodsupportteam@gmail.com. Send it.

We will process your request and confirm deletion by email within 30 days.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately before submitting, as deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

What data is deleted and what is kept

The table below shows exactly what Brotherhood deletes and what, if anything, is retained after your deletion request is processed.

Subscription purchase records (purchase ID, date, amount, plan) Retained Up to 7 years, as required by tax and financial regulations. We do not hold your card or payment details; all payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).

Submit your request

Please note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before submitting this request. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.
